Before starting your application check if your vehicle requires a permit and read the terms and conditions.

If your application is successful you will then be required to pay an administration fee of £18.

Allow 5 to 10 working days to receive your permit following payment.

The address we currently hold for you is not in Hampshire. Permits will only be issued to Hampshire residents. Non-Hampshire residents are still able to access a Hampshire-run site in a domestic car, or in a car towing a trailer under 1.8m in length, for the deposit of household waste and recyclables. You may also contact your own local authority about using their waste sites.

The address we currently hold for you is a non-residential or business address. Permits are for the deposit of household waste, and will not be issued to businesses. The majority of HWRCs in Hampshire do offer a chargeable trade waste disposal service.
